5th Wheel Base Rail Installation Kit for 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4X4 Quad Cab

Question:

I have the rails I just need the brackets for the frame mounting any ideas would be helpful I have a chevy Silverado 1500 is 4x4 quad cab 6.5 box

Although 5th wheel rails are standardized, it is best to NOT mix brands of 5th wheel installation components, such as the base rails from one maker with the under-bed frame brackets of another maker. The reason is that sometimes they will not fit together as easily as a complete new kit from one brand. To save you that potential delay and headache I suggest installing a complete new kit from the brand of your choice.

You can see all 5th wheel install kits for your truck on the page I linked for you. The lowest cost kit is a universal type like Reese # RP30035 but the trade-off is more drilling and longer overall install time. Instead I recommend the Curt custom-fit base rail kit # C16418-204. You can refer to the linked video to see the installation process in a Silverado.
