We do have trailer hitches available for your 2007 Toyota Prius that have a 200 lbs Tongue Weight (TW) rating.

I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24808 which is a Class I, 1-1/4" hitch receiver which has that 200 lb TW rating that you are asking about. I have attached a video of this trailer hitch being installed on a similar Prius for you to check out.

I looked up an online version of the owner's manual for your Prius and on page 344 it states that they do not recommend using your vehicle for towing. They do state that your total load capacity is 810 lbs so if you were to use a bike rack with this trailer hitch you would want to add all of the weight (including occupants and equipment) to make sure that you are under the 810 lbs capacity. This trailer hitch weighs about 25 lbs which is something you would need to include in that 810 lbs.

Please keep in mind that any accessories that you use with this trailer hitch need to be rated for a Class I trailer hitch. If you do not already have the accessory you wish to use just let me know and I can make a recommendation.
