Recommended Tire Chains for a 2006 Volvo S40 with 205/50-17 Tires

Hi, I have a 2007 Volvo S40 with 205/50R17 tires. Are these #PWRS73 tire chains compatible with this model and tires. Do you know if they will scratch the rims when in use?
