Recommended Replacement Lock for Sport 15 CAV Car Top Carrier with Missing Keys
Question:
I have a sport 15 cav car top carrier and I need to replace the missing keys. I saw where others knew what the lock number was...I dont see a number on my lock. Where is it? Thanks!

The lock core should have the number printed right on it. If the number is not on the lock core and you don't have the key with the number printed on it, then you will need to replace both. I recommend the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 2 # TH450200. If the lock is open then you can use the master key to remove the cylinder. If the unit is locked, you will need to drill out the cylinder to gain access.
If you have the older style lock cores, then you will want the Replacement Lock Cores and Keys for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box - Qty 2 # SR03807 instead.
