The Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater part # KH11419 is a confirmed fit for the 1.3 I4 engine in your 2007 Honda Fit. I recommend using a heater plug cover such as part # KH28405 to protect the plug on the power cord from corrosion while not in use.

Nearly all vehicle's on the road today run a 50/50 mix between water and antifreeze. The coolant in your vehicle is already mixed with the correct ratio of water and antifreeze. The above block heater is a frost plug style meaning it is designed to replace one of your factory frost/freeze plugs. The frost plug style heater is much more involved than a cartridge style heater therefore, I highly recommend you take your car to a qualified mechanic for installation.
