The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR712 does include the brake pads. The kit includes all of the following:
2 Machine-finished, cast iron rotor-and-hub assemblies
2 E-coated, cast iron calipers
2 E-coated, ductile iron caliper-mounting brackets
4 Stainless steel caliper-mounting bolts
