Recommended Tire Cables for a 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with 245/75-16 Tires

Need a set for my 2016 Mercedes sprinter 4x4 Stock tires 245/75 R 16 alloy wheels Owners manual says the must be SAE type U I prefer cable because of weight Need recommendation

For a set of tire cables that are confirmed to fit the 245/75-16 tires on your 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, I recommend taking a look at the Glacier Snow Cables part # PW1046. The Glacier cables are Class S compatible which is less thick than a Class U compatible cable therefore will abide by the owners manuals specifications. Rubber adjusters # PW105 are recommended to keep cables tight and centered.

You might also consider the Konig # TH2004705255. While they are chains instead of cables, they are S-class compatible and will have much more grip. The are also self-tensioning.
