Tire chain use is always subject to the approval of the auto maker. I reviewed an online edition of the owner's manual for the 2014 Jeep Cherokee (pages 496-498) and it indicates chains can be used on FRONT tires only but that your P225/55R18 tire size CANNOT use chains. You will want to review your printed manual since it may differ from the online edition; check the index under "tires" to find the pages that address chain use before installing any chain product.
The linked page displays all tire chains sets that fit your tire size and that are the low-profile S-Class type. All are sets of two, for two tires on the same axle.
Often passenger vehicles have to use these low-profile S-Class type chains to avoid damage to items like brake lines, suspension or steering components. Among the chains that fit your tires are the Thule set you referenced, item # TH01594240. These offer a nice mix of user-friendly features such as automatic tension control and rim protection.
