My technical contact at Stromberg Carlson advised that they are currently in the process of testing 5th wheel tailgate fits for the 2018 Ford Super-Duty pickups, including the F-450. The best information they can give at this time is that existing 100 Series (steel) 5th Wheel Tailgate # VG-15-100 is expected to be a fit but they have not completed testing yet.
