We do not offer the Hartland tire brand so I have no direct experience with them. The best way to see what users think of them is to check RV forums; you should be able to find opinions from RVers who have them or who have had them previously.
The tires we offer in your ST225/75-15 size, which include products from Kenda, Taskmaster and Westlake, are available in both radial and bias ply types and in three weight load ranges, C, D and E. You can refer to the linked articles for more on tire sizes and frequently asked questions about trailer tires.
In addition to a weight rating trailer tires also have a speed rating. Most are rated for 65-mph but if a tire we offer has a higher speed rating than this we will call it out in the specs. For instance, the first tire shown on the linked page, Kenda Load Range E radial tire # AM10303, has a speed rating M, meaning it is rated for up to 81-mph. The Westlake tires we offer, like # LHWL304 for instance, include 2-years of free 24/7 roadside assistance in the event of a flat.
The best ways to help ensure good trailer tire performance are to 1)always keep the tire inflated to the rated maximum psi pressure indicated on the sidewall; 2) to operate the tires within their rated weight capacity and 3) to operate them within their speed rating.
