Recommendation for a Trunk Mount Bike Rack for a 2007 or 2008 Honda Fit

Are there any trunk bike racks that work for a honda fit 2007 or year 2008?

There are several trunk mount bike rack options that will fit your Fit; both a 2007 and a 2008. According to Thule, The Passage 3, # TH911XT, that you have listed will fit. Other 2 bike racks that will fit are:
Thule Gateway 3, # TH78VR
Thule OutWay 3, # TH56BV
Out of all of these, the one that I like the most is thOutWay 3, # TH56BV. The retractable cables make installation much easier than a strap system. I have included a link to videos of these bike racks for you to view.
If you plan on carrying any bikes that do not have a horizontal top frame bar, I recommend using the adapter, # TH982XT, to hold the bikes more level. I have included a video review of the adapter as well.
