Recommendation to Add Brake Controller to 2016 Nissan Pathfinder

Wondering if you can use a tekonsha prodigy unit if my SUV has a 4 plug flat on the back and use a 4-7 way adapter to plug in the prodigy?

With a 4 way trailer connection at the back of your 2016 Nissan Pathfinder, you will need to use the Universal Brake Controller Wiring Kit # ETBC7 to give you a 7-way and the wiring for your Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 or P3 # 90195 brake controller.
This will utilize your current 4-way trailer connection and give you the trailer connector, wiring, circuit breakers, and wiring connectors needed to add your brake controller for trailer brake function. I've attached a video to assist and have also included an article to assist with this installation.
