For your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually with the factory puck system, I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3700 if you have an 8 foot bed.
This is an excellent hitch that is designed to mount directly to the factory pucks in your truck and is confirmed to fit. It features 1 inch thick dual jaws for a secure trailer connection and a 20,000 pound towing weight capacity. The cam-action latching handle will help to prevent binding and the polyurethane bushings will provide a quiet, rattle-free ride. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
