There is a way for you to use the Prodigy P2 # 90885 brake controller with your 2005 Chevy Express Van Motor Home, but you will not be able to do so using a wiring adapter such as # 3016, it will need to be hardwired in. You will have the blue output brake wire already ran from the back to the front - it is located under the dash near the emergency brake pedal.
If your van has a round plug with a cap inside the driver's side frame rail instead of a bundle of wires in the jack storage compartment, use replacement connector # 30955. It is possible your model of '05 Express Van is going to require a wiring kit to run wire to the battery and you are going to want to use kit # 5506 which includes 20, 30, and 40 amp breakers. I've added a link to a video of a brake controller being installed on a 2005 Chevy Express for you which should be helpful.
