There are a couple of options for routing the power wire for Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118498. Since you want to keep it out of the elements, you can either route the wire through the frame or route it through the cab of the vehicle.
If you want to route it through the frame, you will need a long and rigid piece of wire, push it through the inside of the frame from the front of the vehicle to the back, tie the power wire to the end, then pull the rigid wire back through. This will still leave parts of the wire exposed.
Routing it through the inside of the vehicle will lessen the exposure to the outside, but is more difficult since you will most likely have to remove trim panels and possible drill holes in order to route the wire. Because this is also a less direct path, extra wiring may be needed.
A third option would be to keep the wire outside the vehicle, but use a wire loom, like # 459075-1, to protect the wire. The wire will be more protected and it will be easier to route it from the back to the front of your 2011 Toyota Sienna.
