Will adapter fit on a Raptor 362ts? I have a 2008 short bed F250 4x4.

The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5GX1216 referenced in your question will work great on your Raptor 362TS Fifth Wheel Trailer as long as it does not have a Sidewinder, Revolution, or Air-Ride pin box). The adapter will bolt right to the trailer's king pin and allow you to tow it with the gooseneck hitch on your truck. This unit also features interior polyurethane cushions to act as shock absorbers for a smooth ride, along with a 7-1/2 inch offset to provide additional clearance when making sharp turns. It has a 20,000 pound towing weight capacity.
