I have a trailer with air brakes and i have purchased a 2018 Ford F-550. Can the F-550 be converted to pull the trailer

We do have a couple products for a 2018 Ford F-550 cab and chassis which may be beneficial to you. If by conversion you were speaking of wiring, you can add a 4-flat with the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester # 18252, which includes four quick-splice connectors and a circuit tester. The other component we have available for your '18 Ford F-550 cab and chassis is the Draw-Tite # 41947, a class V hitch with a 2" x 2" receiver, towing capacity of 15,000 lbs and tongue weight capacity of 1,600 lbs.
