I recommend the 20 x 47 Reese Cargo Carrier, part # 63155 for your 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. This combines a mesh floor and raised sides to give you extra versatility in cargo carrying. It is rated to carry up to 300lbs, though you'll want to verify your towing and tongue weight capacity in your owner's manual prior to use.
This would work great with your Curt Class I Hitch, part # C11002. This is a no drill installation and I've included a video detailing that process on the 2012 Honda Accord Crosstour so you can get familiar with the process.
