Magnetic Towing Lights Needed Compatible with a 7-Way Plug

Sounds like you were describing the Roadmaster Magnetic Tow Lights # NV-5164.
These lights use red lights and are very easy to install.
If you are wanting to mount the lights on the sides of your jacks then I recommend using some bungee cords or something like a Support Strap # 18050 to help secure them. Since these are meant to sit on top of vehicles, I am not sure how well they will hold up to any bumps going down the highway when installed sideways.
