The only difference between the Curt Q24 # C16545-16017 and Q25 16039 fifth wheel hitches is that the Q25 head is rated for 25,000 lbs while the head of the Q24 is rated for 24,000 lbs.

However, the legs of both units are rated for 24,000 lbs which is why you see that both hitches have a towing capacity of 24,000 lbs (capacity is determined by the lowest overall rating). I've added links to video reviews of each hitch for you to take a look at.
