I do have a few options for you but the Replacement Head Unit for Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16530 will not work with the Husky 16K Roller for Silver Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # HT32220 on your 2005 Ford F-250.
If you would like to use the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16130 on your short bed truck then you would also need a Sidewinder pin box. In order to recommend a pin box for you I would need to know the make and model of your current pin box to see if we have an option for you.
If you want to use the Q20 hitch head you already have with a sliding base then the only option would be to remove the Husky Roller base and replace that with the Curt R20 Round Tube Slider for Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # C16550.
