The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13272 is an excellent option for your 2017 Lexus RX 350. It is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver tube opening. The hitch is rated up to 4,000 lbs gross trailer weight (GTW) and 600 lbs tongue weight (TW). I have attched a photo of what this trailer hitch will look like installed on the back of your RX 350 for you.

For a bike rack that will work well with this hitch, I recommend taking a look at the Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack part # Y02458. The RidgeBack bike carrier can secure up to 4 bikes at a time using anti-sway cradles with ratcheting ZipStrip straps that hold bike frames at 3 points. The rack can also be tilted outward while not in use for access to the rear cargo area of the vehicle. The bike rack comes with a hitch lock that will allow you to lock the bike rack to your vehicle but in order to lock the bikes to your bike rack you will also want to use the Yakima HandCuff Cable Lock for RidgeBack and SwingDaddy Bike Racks part # Y02466.

In order to convert the bike rack to a ski/snowboard carrier we have the Yakima HitchSki Snowboard and Ski Carrier for Hitch Mounted Bike Racks part # Y02418. The HitchSki clamps onto the arms of your hitch mounted bike rack and allows you to carry up to six pairs of skis or four snowboards. Please note that the bikes will have to be removed from the carrier in order for the HitchSki to be used.

I have attached several review and installation videos of the following products for you to check out.
