ITEM # L4080, DOES IT COME WITH THE RODS AND HOLDERS TO MAKE IT A 3 POINT LATCH? I AM REWORKING MY SERVICE TRUCK AND WILL NEED ,QTY. 10, ALL KEYED ALIKE IF POSSIBLE. THANKS

The Redline T-Handle Locking Stainless Steel Flush Door Latch # L4080 referenced in your question features a stainless steel spring, latch body, sturdy steel T-handle, and durable locking cylinder. It is designed to mount in a 2-3/4 inch x 3-3/4 inch hole. It does not include any other components other than the 2 keys and a foam gasket for installation.
This particular door latch is manufactured keyed alike, so if you order 10 units, all of them will be keyed alike. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
