Question:
C55774 curt for 2006 Silverado. How long is the unit from plug to plug? Overall length??? I need at least 15 inches To mount n a service/utility bed. Cannot find any dimensions on the listing. Thank you,.

I went out to the warehouse to take a look at the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring harness # C55774 referenced in your question, which is confirmed to fit your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. I measured a length of right at 15-3/4 inches from end to end on the wiring harness, which exceeds the length that you are needing.
This will connect directly to the factory port located behind the rear bumper on your Silverado and provide you with both a 7-Way and 4-pole connector. I have attached the written installation instructions on this harness that you can also check out.
