Recommended Crossbars Compatible with Pop-up Camper and Roof Mounted Bike Carriers  

Question:

I have a 2013 Forest River/Rockwood 2516G pop up. I want to make sure this is the right rack for that camper. I do not really understand the terminology used that says it will not work on rounded edges or plastic roofs and how to tell if that is what my trailer has. HELP!!! Also I have Yakima Front Loader bike racks that I want to use on this rack - will they clamp on the square bars and will there be enough clearance under the bars for them to be mounted. Thanks for your help.

For your 2013 Forest River Rockwood Premier 2516g, I recommend the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack for Pop-Up Campers and Camper Shells - Steel - 7' Long - 150 lbs # S80510. This system will work with the roof of your camper and will also allow the clearance needed for your Yakima Front Loader bike racks # Y02103 which will work well with the square crossbars.
