Which is Better for Ball Mount Height, .5 inch Too High or .5 inch Too Low
Question:
i can either get it .5 inch low or .5 inch high, which one do you recomend?

If you are referring to the hitch ball height relative to what would allow the trailer to be towed level you'd be fine .5 of an inch high or low, but I would go with low since too high typically causes sway issues.
