I do have a way for you to install the Alpena LED Fog Litz 4 part # ALP77160 on your 2010 Mazda CX-7 but unfortunately I cannot recommend you use them inline with your low-beam headlights as you would likely exceed the maximum amp draw allowed for that circuit.

In order to install the fog lights on your CX-7, I recommend using them with a toggle switch such as the LED Micro Bug Push Button Toggle Switch part # PL-SW28B. In order to install the fog lights with a toggle switch you will need to attach the negative wire from the fog lights to a clean bare metal surface. You can then take the positive power wire from the fog lights and attach that to the white wire on the switch. The black wire on the switch will again need to be grounded to a clean bare metal surface. The red wire on the switch will then need to be ran directly to the battery with a 5 amp inline fuse placed about 6" before the battery terminal using the Spectro 16-Gauge Mini Fuse Holder part # SWC9544. You can use the Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connectors part # DW05743-10 to make the above connections.

I have also attched an installation video of the switch for you to reference in addition to a review video of the fog lights.
