On your 2006 Ford F-150, if you don't have the factory 7-way then you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56031 to run your LED light bar. The factory wiring to connect to is located behind the rear bumper.
If you do have the factory 7-way, then I recommend the Reese Replacement Multi-Tow 7-Way & 4 Pole Trailer Connector # 74682 which will give you the 7-way at your bumper and the hidden 4-way to give you a clean light bar connection.
