Recommended Wiring Harness for 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL450 with Existing 7-Way Connector
Question:
I have a 2015 GL450 with the factory hitch installed but not wired, and since the hitch has a 7way socket welded Is there a wire to connect the 4way from a 119250 kit I would like to use, to connect the 7way?

The Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL450. This will install a 4-Way connector at the rear of your vehicle without cutting or splicing into the wiring, as the zero-contact interface sensors will identify the current on each wire simply by clamping onto it.
Then on the back of the 7-Way connector that is currently mounted to the hitch, check to see if there is also a 4-Way on it, like on the Hopkins # 37185. Look at the back of the connector to see if there is a 4-Way plug that you can then connect the above mentioned 4-Way to. Otherwise, you can simply cut off the 4-Way connector on the Tekonsha kit and hardwire it to the back of the 7-Way for the lighting functions.
If you then want to make the 7-Way fully functional (if the trailer has brakes), you will add the Wiring Kit # 5506, which includes 25 foot duplex wire along with the necessary circuit breakers.
