Does Camco Insulator w/ Sunshield Reflective Surface # CAM45192 Interfere with Roof Vent Crank

What about the crank? Do you have to remove the crank??

The Camco Insulator w/ Sunshield Reflective Surface # CAM45192 is soft enough that you would not need to remove the crank. It basically would fit around it like what you see in the install video I attached. In it you can see that the crank of the vent is left in place when this is installed.
