Is there a front mounted hitch for a 2017 Ram 2500 that can be used for a snow plow?

For your 2017 Ram 2500, the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65063 is a confirmed fit. This will mount right where your OEM tow hooks are and will bolt easily into place. It will give you a vertical load capacity of 500 lbs and a gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs with a line pull capacity for a winch of 9,000 lbs.
If you don't already have a snow plow compatible, I recommend the SnowBear Proshovel Snowplow for 2" Hitches - Electric Actuator - 84" Wide x 22" Tall # SB324-172. I've attached a video to help further.
