Best option we have for a 14 inch trailer tire is the part # 274-000012 that is the same size that you currently have of 205/75R14. Why I like recommend this tire is that has enough capacity for your setup at 2,040 lbs per tire if inflated to 65 psi, has a speed rating of 75 mph and has a 2 year roadside assistance program that comes with it.

If your RV or trailer has a flat tire, call the help line and a technician will come change the flat for you. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

Things that typically cause blow outs are not enough tire pressure and exceeding the speed rating of the tire. So if you keep it under 75 and keep 65 psi in these tires you'll be good.
