Can you Sandwich Cooling Fans Between Coolers

Question:

Since this model electric fan set is push or pull , could it be mounted in front of the transmission cooler and radiator assembly. if so could the original clutch fan and radiator fan shroud be left in place. this way the electric fans could assist the clutch fan at lower speeds. Such as snow plowing, and driving with plow raised. This seems to be the time i have over heating issues. Thanks for all your help.

As long as the Flex-a-lite Dual 15" S-Blade Electric Radiator Fans with Shroud Assembly part # FLX293 was mounted in front of the radiator and transmission cooler in a way that pulled air through the fan into the coolers than you would not need to remove the factory clutch and radiator fans as both the factory cooling fans are set to pull air into the coolers.

However, if the Flex-a-lite Dual 15" S-Blade Electric Radiator Fan was mounted in front of the radiator and transmission coolers in a way that pushed air toward the coolers then you would need to remove the clutch and radiator fan as the new cooling fan would be working against the factory clutch and radiator fans.

Basically, as long as the fans are all pointed the same direct and not working against each other, then you can use the above cooling fan with your factory cooling fans.
