will this replace the 3/8 hex bolt for my Thule parkway, 956/957/958, 4 bike?

The Replacement Pin and Clip, # 853-5210-02, can be used as a replacement for the pin and clip that originally came on the Thule Parkway series of bike racks. The dimensions of this pin are: 3 inches long from the bottom of the head to the end of the pin. It has a 3/8 inch diameter. And the distance between the head and the spring clip is 2-1/2 inches.
If you are looking for the receiver bolt, the replacement is # 908-1240-11.
