Roof Top Bag for Moving on a 2015 Lexus RX 350

Question:

I am looking for a soft roof top carrier that will fit a 2015 Lexus 350 with roof rack. I am concerned about possible damage to the paint because of abrasion. The bags I have seen are too long to fit between the cross bars and dont know if a bag will work. Our primary purpose for the bag is a long distance move and likely be used very little afterward so I am attempting to keep the cost down.

Your best low cost solution is the Advantage part # HE3021. This is an economical bag that comes in at 38 inches long, 38 inches wide and 15 inches tall, fitting inside the roof rack on your vehicle.

You can use a non-skid roof pad like part # RL100650 to add protection to your vehicle's finish. Also be sure prior to installation to wash the vehicle to limit the amount of dirt that gets moved around the roof of the vehicle underneath the bag.
