Before changing out the existing dome light in your camper, I recommend checking to make sure there isn't a separate issue that is causing the light to be dim. Check to make sure there isn't a bad ground connection on the light assembly and that the power source you are using is 12 volts. You can use a meter like # PT89ZR to test the power wire you are using to verify that you are getting a full 12 volts at the lights.
I am not sure what particular model dome light is installed in your camper, but if you cannot locate any screws that hold the dome into place, then it may be an assembly like the Optronics # RVILL34. On this type of light, you will simply grab the lens and squeeze in while at the same time pulling it away from the center and a little upward. This should remove the lens and you will then have access to the LED boards and mounting screws.
