When using an electric over hydraulic brake actuator, you will want to make sure to choose one that is rated for disc brake use like the Titan BrakeRite, # T4813102. In addition to the actuator, you will also need a brake controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes if you do not already have one.
For a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha P2, # 90885. This controller works with electric over hydraulic or just electric trailer brake systems. I have included a link to the installation details for you to view.
I also recommend the Gel Cell Breakaway Kit, # T4822100, which is designed for use with the Titan actuator. The two 5-amp-hour batteries are connected in parallel to provide the Department of Transportations requirement of 15 minutes of braking.
