Weight Distribution System Recommendation for Trailer with 335 lbs of Tongue Weight
Question:
Hey Gang, I am looking to purchase a WD hitch for my Nissan Frontier to tow my Jayco Hummingbird 3000lbs dry weight with a dry tongue weight of 335 lbs. What system would you recommend? Fastway e2?

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.
Since your dry tongue weight is 335 lbs most likely your loaded tongue weight would fall in the range of the part # FA92-00-0600 which has a range of 250-600 lbs. For a hitch ball you'd then want the part # EQ91-00-6080.
