The Karrier # AM10303 and Provider # TTWTRTM2257515D are both great tires that come with a 2-year limited warranty and will work great as a replacement for your 7.00-15 size tires.
Although you only require a load range of D (2,540 lbs at 65 psi), the Karrier # AM10303 is what I recommend going with. You get some extra load capacity with the same 81 mph speed rating for about the same price. The load range E (2,830 lbs at 80 psi) is the same size and will stay cooler if you were to load your trailer to the max weight capacity.
I have attached some review videos for you to check out as well.
