I was looking to buy your trailer hub assembly AKIHUB-440-2-1K and was wondering if etrailer has a stub axel shaft to fit that assembly?

We do have spindles that you can install on your axle which are compatible with the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-440-2-1K that you referenced.
Part # TRU94FR has a 1.25" diameter x 3.37" long stub
Part # TRU59FR has a 1.375" diameter x 3.437" long stub
Part # TRU97FR has a 1.5" square x 3.32" long stub
All of these are rated for a 2,000-lb axle. You will just need to choose the one that best suits your application.
