Will I need to remove the bed to install the hitch

You do not need to remove the bed on your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 2500 HD to install the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C60712 referenced in your question.
During installation, you will just need to remove the spare tire and heat shield. You will then slide the crossmembers above the frame of your Silverado Classic that attach to the frame on the truck. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also check out (there are two sets of instructions).
The custom mounting kit and hardware is included.
