The 4.6L V8 engine in your 2007 Ford Crown Victoria uses two catalytic converters. There is one converter coming from each side of the exhaust manifold so you would need two of MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter part # MF23331 in order to replace both sides.
The sensors you are referring to are (O2) oxygen sensors and do not need to be replaced. You can simply reuse the sensors you already have unless you would like to replace them. There will be one sensor on each converter. In order to remove the oxygen sensors from your current exhaust pipes you will want to leave the engine running for about 10 minutes to heat up the pipes then spray a bit of lubricant on the (02) bungs which house the sensors. Once done you will also need a special socket to remove them which can be obtained at most local auto parts stores.
I will say that more often than not it is much easier to just replace the sensors when doing the job. The oxygen sensors after years of being heated and cooled become seized and difficult to remove. A new sensor can be installed by simply being plugged into your existing pigtail harness once the old sensors are removed.
