Using Safety Cables or Chains with Titan Swing Away Actuator on Trailer

I purchased a titan T4839100 swing away actuator and also the coil up safety cables where and how do I mount the cables

Safety chains and cables, such as the Curt Single Hook # C80136, are generally attached to the trailer itself and not the coupler.
If your trailer does not have any good mounts on which to attach the cables, you can install some like the Brophy Mounting Bracket # MB12.
