For your 2013 Forest River Georgetown XL, I recommend the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 if you don't already have a trailer hitch receiver. Then to get a fixed mount ball mount, you will need to measure from the ground to the top of the inside opening on the receiver. Then you will measure from the ground to the bottom of your coupler on your tow dolly when level. This will tell you how much drop you will need to tow level. I've linked the page to all your fixed mount options.
If you don't want to do the precise measuring, you can use an adjustable ball mount which will allow you to tow your dolly or other trailers level and is adjustable in one inch increments. For an adjustable ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 7" Drop, 7-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black # BWTS10040B. This will give you two hitch ball options as well as give you a nice stowable feature when not in use. If you want a more basic option, I recommend the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900. Both will serve you well. I also recommend a locking hitch pin to secure your investment like # 63232 that also has an anti-rattle.
