Airbag Kit Compatible with 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2012 Ford F-150
Question:
Good day, Can you tell me if the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle Item # F2542 would fit on my 2012 F150 which is equipped with a fiftwheel hitch and frame brackets? If not is there another kit that would fit? Thanks in advance

As long as you are using either universal or semi custom frame brackets on your 2012 Ford F-150 such as the B&W Semi-Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit part # BWRVR3201-00 or the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit part # RP30035-426 then yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2542 will work well for you.
However, if you are using a set of custom 5th wheel frame brackets such as the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit part # RP50081-58 then we do not have an airbag kit that will work with these brackets at this time.
In order to operate the airbags from inside your truck, I recommend using the Firestone Air Command I Compressor System part # F2097. I have attached an installation video of this system installed on a similar 2011 Ford F-150 for you as well.
