12V Batteries Wired In Parallel for Increased Amp Hour Rating

Can you have a 105ah joined to a 120ah supposedly giving you 225 ah Thanks in advance.

The capacity of two 12V batteries connected in parallel with give you the increased amp hour rating as you stated. Connecting a 105 ah battery to a 120 ah battery will give you the 225 ah capacity while retaining the 12V output.
I've attached a photo to assist. I recommend using the Deka 2/0 Gauge Overmolded Battery Cable Harness Assembly - Red - 7" Long # DW04362 and # DW04363 to connect your batteries.
