We have exactly what you need!

For self-adjusting electric drum brakes that will work great on your axle and trailer, I recommend the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA. These 12 inch x 2 inch brake assemblies are designed for 7,000 pound axles and will fit perfectly with your existing hubs to replace your existing AxleTek units. These are self-adjusting brakes, which means you will no longer have to perform the periodic manual adjustments that you referenced in your question. Both the Right Hand and Left Hand assemblies are included in this kit.

I have attached a couple demonstration videos on this product that you can also check out.

Brake assemblies are generally interchangeable between axle manufacturers. The most important factor to consider when choosing replacement assemblies is the diameter and depth of your drums and the weight capacity of your axle. The above etrailer.com Kit will fit your existing drums without issue.
