Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2-Door 2000 Chevy Blazer

I need help with finding the correct trailer hitch for my 2000 Chevy Blazer. Its a two-door rear wheel drive. Im looking for a hitch that has a tow capacity Im at least 3500 lb. Any recommendations would be helpful thank you

This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will use existing holes in the Blazer's frame for a no-drill installation. This sturdy hitch has a towing weight capacity of 4,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of 400 pounds.

Since it sounds like you will be doing some towing, you will also need a trailer connector at the rear of your vehicle to power the trailer's signal lights. If your Blazer does not already have a factory connector but does include the tow package, I recommend the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55411. This will connect directly to the built-in harness beneath the vehicle on the passenger side. If your Blazer does not have the tow package, you can use the Tekonsha 4-Pole Hardwire Kit # 18252 to install the needed 4-Way connector.
