Does Curt Class I Hitch Allow use of Bike Rack That Can Carry 4 Bikes?
Question:
Does it able to carry 4 bikes with Pro Series 4 bike carrier?

The Curt # C11367 is a Class I hitch, as are all the hitches that fit a 2013 BMW 3 Series, and the maximum capacity for a Class I hitch is two bikes so your Pro Series PS63138 cannot be used as a 4-bike rack with this hitch.
There are trunk-mounted racks that fit your '13 BMW 3 Series sedan which will allow you to fit a maximum of three bikes. I recommend checking out the Yakima FullBack # Y02634, which only uses four straps to attach to your BMW, rather than the far more common six straps. It also has rubber and foam padding so there won't be any scuffs or scratches on your car.
I've attached links to video reviews of these products, as well as links to our page with each of our trunk-mounted racks that fit your BMW.
