How Does Brake Controller Install in 2010 Chevy Silverado
Question:
No 7 and I worked in a 4 way a while ago with existing wires that were taped off in the rear. There were at least 2, Maybe only 2 wires that weren't needed for the 4 pin connector.

When installing a brake controller in a 2010 Chevy Silverado there actually isn't a port under the dash designed for installing a brake controller. The needed wires are already run. You will connect the brake controller wiring with the vehicle wiring already present under the dash.
I attached an install video that shows exactly how this is done with the Prodigy P3 part # 90195.
